TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ART WORK AND DESIGNS.- Production of art work will start once fee is paid in full a mock up will be created and send to the customer via email , estimate turn around on art is 2-4 days and customer has up to 3 changes on the same design.
PRODUCT ORDERS.- The mock up must be approved by customer before starting any order an invoice will be generated and will be the proof for order , it is client responsibility to check sizes, names spelling and numbers for the order once invoice is paid it is accepted by the client as final order.
TURNAROUND .- Average turnaround is 3-4 weeks once product order is place and paid in full, this does not include, holidays,or days in transit, ETA (estimate time of Arrival) it is not guaranted and Zurdox is no responsible for any delays .
CANCELLATIONS .-There are no cancellations on approved custom orders.
RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS .- All custom orders are final and there are no returns ,any defective or misprinted garment may be return within 36 hours after client has received them. All return most be authorize by a sales representative first.
SHIPPING .- All shipments are sent via ups ground.
PAYMENTS METHODS.- We accept all mayor credit /debit cards and paypal .
COLORS,SHADES AND DESIGNS .- Colors ,shades and design may vary from approved mock up , mock up is just a representation of the product.
